The website for conservation minded sports anglers who understand the need to protect our seas and the marine environment for our future and our children’s future.
Our aim is encourage anglers and divers to look after fish stocks whilst
pursuing their favourite sport.
More and more, anglers are returning fish to the sea rather than plundering and killing fish just for fishing’s sake. If this site helps to make
anglers stop and think before putting fish into their bags then it has been a success.
Since time began, man has been fishing to feed his children and there is nothing wrong with that…in fact it’s our born right! But please,
please only take what you need to feed you and your immediate family.
On these pages you will find details of the Recycle Fish Policy and you can sign up to the initiative to show your support. In our Gallery there are pictures of fish being returned alive to the sea and we eagerly
welcome your picture and text contributions. Details of our suggested minimum fish sizes (depending on location) are here too and we hope this list is adopted by clubs and associations
throughout the UK.
